WATCH Timesheet price overview

WATCH Timesheet and the additional modules Calendar and Planning and Contact Management are available for a modest monthly fee. WATCH is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application which ensures you that there are no other requirements than a web browser and an internet connection. You do not have to worry about backups, extra servers, locally installed software, security or updates. We do it all for you. And we provide service to the for China localized version of WATCH in the same way we provide service to WATCH users all over the world.

Conditions and price overview

1. WATCH access to the trial version will be free of commitment or fee for a period of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks the trial will be changed into a subscription, or access will be denied when WATCH is not the Timesheet application you are looking for.
   
   
2. WATCH is a web based application. We provide access to our Timesheet software and other modules. For this we request a monthly fee.
   
   
3. WATCH is continuously developed to improve functionality and to adjust the application to requirements of modern project and time management. The localized version of WATCH is always updated to the same functionality level as the international version of WATCH. We require no fee for any updates of Timesheet.
   
   
4. We provide support during normal working hours and a dedicated WATCH support website is available.
   
   
5. We invoice WATCH in 3 months intervals. We send our invoices at the beginning of the 3^rd month, and we require payment before the end of the 3^rd month in each period.
   
   
6. The modules Calendar and planning and Contact Management are not sold seperately. They are only available in combination with Timesheet
   
   
7. Prices:
   1-10 users Timesheet: 150 rmb / month
   1-10 users Calendar and Planning: +50 rmb / month
   1-10 users Contact Management: +50 rmb / month
   11-25 users Timesheet: 300 rmb / month
   11-25 users Calandar and Planning: +75 rmb / month
   11-25 users Contact Management: +75 rmb / month
   26-50 users Timesheet: 450 rmb / month
   26-50 users Calendar and Planning: +100 rmb / month
   26-50 users Contact Management: +100 rmb / month
   Above 50 users, please contact our sales department and request a quotation
   
   As example. A company with 50 employees using only WATCH Timesheet is paying a total fee of rmb 450 rmb/each month. That is less than 10 rmb each month for each employee!
