By using the www.watch-asp.cn website (called “Timesheet” in this document), all services of TwinTown SIP Software Dev., Co., Ltd called “TwinTown” in this document, you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions described in this document called the Privacy Statement.

TwinTown retains the right to periodically update and change the Privacy Statement without notice.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. We will collect and use personal information received through the Service to provide, operate, and improve this and other TwinTown products and services. Except as described in this statement, TwinTown will not disclose personal information outside of TwinTown and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without consent.
2. In order to help provide the Service, TwinTown occasionally provide information to other companies that provide limited services on our behalf. These companies are permitted to use any personal information that TwinTown provide to them only in connection with the services they provide to us and subject to their compliance with our privacy practices.
3. If partner features are requested, TwinTown will, with client’s permission, share personal information with those partners. TwinTown is not responsible for the privacy and information handling practices of these partners. Information that is collected by or sent to TwinTown may be stored and processed in the People's Republic of China or in any other country in which TwinTown, or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.
4. TwinTown may access or disclose client’s personal information, including the content of client’s communications, in order to:
   1. comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process;
   2. protect the rights or property of TwinTown or clients, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing client’s use of the Services; or
   3. act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of TwinTown employees, clients, or the public.
