Project Management Timesheet structure

The WATCH software bundle used the main application for project management and timesheet functions. A project is created, project elements added and these project elements are assignned to employees or a group of employees.  The relationship between the different objects in Project Management Timesheet can be described in the following way:

1. Projects that are done for a customer are divided into one or more project elements.
2. These project elements are assigned to employees.
3. Which employee is allowed to register hours on a project element is defined by what we call a resource.
4. Employees are, for authorization purposes, part of a group.
5. Project Management for normal employees is visible in the timesheet display
