Contact management structure
The relationship between the different objects for contact management can be described in the following way:
- A contact can have one or more contact persons.
- Based on the communication between employees and contacts or contact persons, multiple communication details can be registered.
- Employees are, for authorization purposes, part of a group.
- By using contact types and contact person job titles as a filter, selections and queries can be made.
- The selections and queries can be used in mailings in the form of mailmerge or using e-mail.
