Contact management structure

The relationship between the different objects for contact management can be described in the following way:

  1. A contact can have one or more contact persons.
  2. Based on the communication between employees and contacts or contact persons, multiple communication details can be registered.
  3. Employees are, for authorization purposes, part of a group.
  4. By using contact types and contact person job titles as a filter, selections and queries can be made.
  5. The selections and queries can be used in mailings in the form of mailmerge or using e-mail.
